Our Spring Lunch Menu :

Starters - Egg poached in red wine sauce, asparagus tips / Pan-fried scallops, creamed sweet potato / Semi-cooked foie gras  with brioche & fruit chutney (extra charge of 3€) 

Main Courses - Provençal-style beef stew / Lamb confit,  sautéed potatoes, dried fruits and honey sauce / Cod-fish loin, ‘virgin’ sauce (made with extra virgin olive oil), capers and tapenade

Desserts - Chocolate fondant cake, ice cream of your choice / Caramelized upside-down apple pie and vanilla ice-cream / Strawberries in vanilla-flavoured cream, almond crisp (all served in a glass) / Ice-cream (chocolate, vanilla, salted butter caramel, lime)
